Vessel Hire

All cruises are based on a minimum 4-hour charter period with alternate cruise time welcome with rates on application.

A minimum of 120 guests apply with guest numbers below this level on application.

A surcharge applies on Public holidays and Special dates. Rates are available on application.

Our menu selection is tailored to appeal to all different types of cuisine; budgets and cultural and religious beliefs (including Kosher, Indian, Halal, Vegetarian & Asian Inspired Cuisines on request, on a full function basis) We also cater for vegetarian guests and guests with special dietary requirements. We pride ourselves on providing food of the highest quality and plentiful quantity.

All meals are prepared on the vessel for each function by our Chef providing food taste and presentation of the highest standards.Please enquire of your sales consultant as to menu types and prices

Beverages

The standard school formal beverage packages include unlimited non alcoholic beverages. As the Sydney Glass Island is a licensed venue we can serve alcoholic beverages to any guests over 18 years unless otherwise specified. The Sydney Glass Island strictly follows RSA policies and regulation’s, including checking id’s constantly during the cruise and can conduct random breath tests. If you would like to have alcoholic beverages served at your school formal security is required at an extra charge.

Due to liquor license laws and as a policy of the SYDNEY GLASS ISLAND we do not allow clients to bring, supply or sell alcohol on board the vessel.

PA and sound system, thermal heating or air-conditioning depending on the season. Florals, decorations, themes, events and function arrangements designed to suit.

During your cruise there will be a designated ‘Cruise Director’ who will cater to all your queries and requirements.

The main area as part of the standard package includes white linen tablecloths, crockery, silver cutlery, and two medium sized floral arrangements on podiums, tea lights and candelabras with ivy.

Additional requirements are available in many styles, themes and varieties as an extra.  You can arrange your own decorations subject to certain conditions, which can be outlined by your sales consultant.
