Our menu selection is tailored to appeal to all different types of cuisine, budgets, cultural and religious beliefs (we cater for Kosher, Indian, Halal & Asian Inspired cuisines on request, on a full function basis). We also cater for vegetarian guests and guests with special dietary requirements. We pride ourselves on providing food of the highest quality and plentiful quantity. All meals are prepared on the vessel for each function. Food taste and presentation is of the highest standards. |

Beverages |
As a premium quality venue we pride ourselves on the choice of wines. If you have a preferred wine please advise your event co-ordinator and they will advise on availability and cost.
Due to liquor license laws and as a policy of the SYDNEY GLASS ISLAND we do not allow clients to bring, supply or sell alcohol on board the vessel. Beverage selections are as per the options offered in the rate schedule. |

| Decorating |
The main area as part of the standard package includes white linen tablecloths, crockery, silver cutlery, and two medium sized floral arrangements on podiums, tea lights and candelabras with ivy. Additional requirements are available in many styles, themes and varieties as an extra. You can arrange your own decorations subject to certain conditions, which can be outlined by your event co-ordinator.
